The idea
- One small table — a handful of guests, all served at the same time.
- A single menu, written for the evening, following the market and the season.
- Fixed dates, announced in advance and few in number.
- A limited number of seats, booked and paid for online at the time of booking.
How it works
- You choose a date and book your seats online; payment confirms the booking.
- The menu is sent to you before the evening; allergies and dietary needs are taken at the time of booking.
- Guests are welcomed at the start of the evening; expect around three hours at the table.
- Matching wines are offered on the night, with no obligation.

The price covers the full menu. Drinks are charged separately.
