What we collect
When you fill in a form on this site we record: your name, your email address, your phone number if you provide one, the message you write, the language of the site, the time of your consent and your IP address.
This site uses no analytics cookies, no advertising trackers and no third-party statistics service.
Purposes and legal basis
Replying to your message: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract.
Telling you when bookings open, if you asked us to: your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
Keeping the IP address and timestamp: our legitimate interest in preventing abuse of the forms.
How long we keep it
Contact messages: three years from the last exchange.
Registrations for the announcement of dates: until you withdraw your consent, and at the latest three years after the last contact.
Technical IP addresses: twelve months.
Who receives it
Your data is never sold, rented or passed to third parties for commercial purposes. Only Vlinders SARL and its technical provider, Codebraggers, have access to it, for the maintenance of the site. No data is transferred outside the European Union.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
To exercise them, write to frank@rachel.be. We reply within one month.
You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr), the French supervisory authority, or with the authority in your own country.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and form data is stored on a server located in the European Union, with restricted access.
